DAWN M. COMER enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data and civic engagement. She is the Director of Technology Inclusion for the City of Los Angeles, serving in the Mayor’s Office of Budget and Innovation. She works with public-private partners to address issues of digital equity and literacy, broadband adoption, the banking divide and the information divide.
She began working at the City of L.A. as a FUSE Corps Executive Fellow, focused on Smart Cities, after spending20+ years as a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting and IBM. Dawn holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North CarolinaAgricultural & Technical State University (NCA&T) and an MBA from theUniversity of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
