Fraser Fry is a Regional Manager with Support Services for Eastern Health. Since beginning his career with Eastern Health in 2003, Fraser has held leadership roles that have given him a sound understanding of the importance of quality and safety in healthcare and technology implementation. His involvement in procurement initiatives with Eastern Health has allowed him to develop experience in capital planning, contract management, tender development, and alternative procurement approaches such as value-based procurement.

Fraser holds a diploma in Telecommunications Engineering Technology and a diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology from the College of the North Atlantic and is a Certified Engineering Technologist with the Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists of Newfoundland and Labrador. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Fraser is an alumna of the Learning LEADers program with Eastern Health, a Certified Health Executive, and completed certificates in Change Management with the Canadian Healthcare Association and Mental Health First Aid with the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Fraser is Yellow Belt certified in Value-Based Healthcare with The Decision Institute.
