Program Lead, COIL
Smart Cities Office, City of Guelph

Molly Fremes is the Program Lead at Circular Opportunity Innovation Launchpad (COIL), City of Guelph, where she supports the circular transition of enterprises through funding, programs, resources, and growth strategies. She comes from a background in community food sovereignty, political agroecology, ecological economics and redistributive justice. Prior to COIL, Molly led programs and events at Evergreen around youth-led design thinking, decolonizing city-building, and affordable housing while co-chairing the Toronto Tool Library and IRBE Makerspace. When not designing and facilitating programming, Molly can most often be found in the garden, on the dance floor, or surrounded by books she aspires to read.
