Rob Grimwood is the Deputy Chief of Training & Technology for the City of Mississauga Fire & Emergency Services. He is in his 26^th year in the fire service, the last 15 in Chief Officer roles. He was also a paramedic for 20 years, 10 of those as a Paramedic Chief.

Rob is the President of the Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs, Management Co-chair of the OntarioMinistry of Labour Fire Services Section 21 Committee and an Instructor for the Fire Service Management program at Dalhousie University.
