Sharon Fleming, MBA, is the Director of Calgary Transit at The City of Calgary. Her current focus is on Calgary Transit ridership recovery, customer safety, employee experience, and service delivery innovation. With significant public sector experience in both Calgary and Toronto, her strengths in strategic planning, business management, process improvement, and IT strategies coupled with operational experience and a citizen-centric approach helps deliver the services that make The City of Calgary a great place to live.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Sharon has also recently completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program
