Anou Sothsavath, as Deputy Commissioner of the City of Atlanta Department of Public Works (DPW) oversees operations.  This area of responsibility includes the Office of Solid Waste Curbside Collections, Special Services and Landfill Maintenance.  The Office of Fleet Services also falls under his purview.

Before joining DPW in 2021.  Anou served as the Director of Public Works for the City of Morrow, Project Manager from Georgia Development Partners, and Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of South Fulton.

His education includes an MBA from Shorter University, a Bachelor of Information Technology from Clayton State University, and certifications in Public Works Management from the Carl Vinson Institute of Government and Six Sigma Green and Black Belt.
