Karen Fisher is the National Director of Community Partnerships for Bayshore HealthCare, the largest Home and Community Care provider in Canada. Karen holds a Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University and an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business.

Karen has extensive leadership experience in the public and private health care industry delivering operational, strategic, and digital solutions to integrated community care teams. Currently, Karen supports healthcare transformation and home care modernization by leading innovative co-design projects with Ontario Hospitals and Ontario Health Teams (OHT) to support seamless transitional care models. As a member of the steering committee for the North York Toronto Health Partners OHT, Karen works collaboratively with other healthcare ecosystem partners to leverage data, technology and innovative service delivery models to support exceptional patient experiences and health outcomes.
